- Professional Accomplishments:
- Mr. McWhirter started the Company in 1981 after earlier careers at Cousins Properties, where he served as Vice President of Office Development, and at Adair Realty Company, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer.
- Since 1981, Mr. McWhirter has devoted his time to the brokerage, management and development of mid-sized medical office, retail and industrial projects. Brokerage and management clients include Branch Banking & Trust (BB&T), Public Storage, and Blockbuster. He has also been involved in the development of over 45 real estate projects. Notable projects include: Pinnacle Orthopaedics Headquarters at Kennestone Hospital, Georgia Marble Headquarters, Canton Medical, Marietta Eye Clinic, MidTown Center and Vinings Storage Center. McWhirter is a 1999 recipient of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors® Phoenix Award.
