- Mr. Fortner joined the company in 1999 as a research assistant. Upon graduation from the University Georgia in December 1999, Mr. Fortner joined the brokerage division as an agent, concentrating his efforts in medical office leasing and office condominium sales. Mr. Fortner provides professional tenant representation services to office and medical office tenants in addition to representing several property owners throughout metro Atlanta in the leasing or disposition of their property. Office condominium sales are another specialty of Mr. Fortner's. Annually he participates in condominium sales in excess of 25 units.
