- Professional Accomplishments:
- Mr. Mudd joined the company in 2004 as a research assistant. Upon graduation from Furman University in 2005, Mr. Mudd joined the brokerage division, concentrating his efforts in land brokerage. Mr. Mudd now serves as the Development Manager and oversees McWhirter Realty Partners' numerous office and retail developments.
Current projects include:
- Conyers Medical Park, Conyers, GA - four 2-story medical office buildings totaling 110,000 SF, and 1.46 acre outparcel for future bank or retail development
- Kennestone East Office Park, Marietta, GA - two medical office buildings totaling 55,600 SF
- Atlanta Container Terminal, Austell, GA - 22-acre container yard for storage of international shipping containers.
- Main Street Center, Fayetteville, GA - a 2-story 32,000 SF office building anchored by Regions Bank
- Pinnacle Orthopaedics, Austell, GA - a 2-story 40,000 SF medical office building anchored by Pinnacle's Austell Division
- Good Samaritan Health Center, Atlanta, GA - a 2-story 30,000 SF medical clinic located on Hollowell Parkway, City of Atlanta
- Starbucks Center, Marietta, GA - a 2-building retail center located on Church Street near Kennestone Hospital
