Opened in July 2008, this project consists of a three-story 90,000 square foot, 100% climate-controlled building, plus a 1.2 acre outparcel for future commercial development.

Opened July 2007, this project is four stories, 112,000 square feet,100% climate controlled. This facility was sold to Public Storage in September 2007.

Opened December 2006, this project is four stories, 57,600 square feet, 100% climate-controlled. This facility was sold to Public Storage in September 2007.

Kuawa Self Storage
Hilo, HI
Opened in January 2008, this project consists of a three-story, 60,000 square foot building. Hilo is the county seat for the Big Island of Hawaii.
This is the only air conditioned storage facility in Hilo, and has been very well received by the community.

The first of four buildings was completed in 2008 and is just under 30,000SF. Current tenants include MD Pain Care, Piedmont Heart Institute, Piedmont Cardiovascular Imaging and Heavenly Care Pediatrics. The remaining three buildings will be built in phases with the next building scheduled to start late 2009.

Completed in Spring of 2009, this 2-story, 30,000SF building houses a total of 18 dental operatories, 18 medical exam rooms, an imaging suite, behavioral/mental health care facilities, children's outdoor play area as well as administrative offices and a community meeting room.

This 2-building project was completed in the fall of 2007 and totals 55,000SF. Tenants include Georgia Commerce Bank, Advanced Aesthetic Surgery, Vein Clinics of America, Psychiatric Health Professionals, and Kennestone Neurology among others. McWhirter Realty Partners and Pinnacle Orthopaedics plan to break ground this summer on a two-story, 33,000SF building on Towne Lake Pkwy in Woodstock. The building will house Pinnacle Orthopaedics' Clinic, Physical Therapy, MRI, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center and 3,000SF will be available for lease. The completion of this project is planned for Summer 2010.
