McWhirter Realty seized on an opportunity to be part of this market by acquiring the former Atlanta Blue Print building located at 1052 West Peachtree Street. The property consisted of a one-story, 35,000 square foot office/warehouse building situated on approximately 1.7 acres fronting on both West Peachtree and Spring Streets. The building is currently being renovated for office space and the entire building has been leased to Inflow, Inc., a provider of co-location services and computer data centers, headquartered in Denver. The building is scheduled to open June 1, 2000.
