Since the mid-1980's, McWhirter Realty has been a leader in the self storage business, concentrating primarily on infill locations, developing multi-story facilities.
The Company developed, managed and sold two projects, Vinings Storage Center located at 4771 South Atlanta Road, in an area known as Vinings, and Riverchase Storage, located in Birmingham, AL. Both projects are four stories, 80,000 square feet and provide self storage services to both commercial and residential users.
